These terms cover your use of Arena54 (arena54.com), run by Uphiva. By using the site or submitting a listing, you agree to them. Questions: hello@arena54.com.

Listings

• Arena54 is curated. We review submissions and may edit, decline or remove any listing.
• Only submit studios, people, games and events you represent or have permission to list, and keep the information accurate.
• Don’t list anyone else as a creator without their consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Arena54 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, resize and share it on the site and in promoting the site, for as long as it is listed. You confirm you have the rights to the images and text you upload.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content.
• No scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, and no spam through submissions or email.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or X. Keep that account secure; you’re responsible for activity on your Arena54 account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

Arena54 is provided as is. Listings link to third-party stores and sites we don’t control. To the extent the law allows, Uphiva isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Arena54 means you accept the update.
